Community Health Network is expanding with a new Westfield campus and seeks an RN in Maternity to join the team on a part-time night shift (7:00pm–7:30am) with a weekend rotation every third weekend. The role covers care for mothers and newborns in an LDRP environment, across multiple locations as needed.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, cost-effective care.
  • Demonstrate clinical versatility and adherence to nursing standards and policy.

Make a Difference

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for demonstrating performance consistent with professional standards of practice, care, performance, the Nurse Practice Act and the mission and goals of the Community Health Network. The Registered Nurse manages patient care in the healthcare continuum to achieve optimum outcomes in a safe and cost-effective manner. The Registered Nurse demonstrates skills in collaboration, delegation, negotiation and management of resources. The RN in Maternity will provide direct patient care to mothers and infants in an LDRP environment. Orientation and training may take place across multiple Community Health Network locations, including sites in Indianapolis, Anderson, and Kokomo. Successful candidates will demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt, exhibit clinical versatility, and contribute to a collaborative culture focused on delivering exceptional patient care wherever the need is greatest.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate of National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
  • 1 year of RN experience in Maternity required
