Job summary

Tampa General Hospital is seeking a Nurse Manager - Transplant to oversee clinical operations on a dedicated transplant unit. The role requires a BSN and an active RN license with at least 2 years of RN experience. You will supervise staff, support daily operations, and help advance quality and patient safety outcomes.

Reporting to the senior nurse manager or director, you will participate in hiring decisions and guide the team to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
