Job summary

Hammonton Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Hammonton, NJ is seeking a full-time Nurse Unit Manager to oversee nursing staff in a skilled nursing facility. This role emphasizes policy development, staff scheduling, and a compassionate care environment for residents and families.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid NJ LPN/RN license, have LTC experience (preferred), strong computer skills, and excellent communication abilities to coordinate care with the health care team.
