Job summary

Hammonton Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the Weekend 7 AM to 7 PM shift at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Hammonton, NJ. The role focuses on supervising nursing staff, coordinating resident care, and maintaining a compassionate, professional environment for residents and families.

Applicants must hold a valid New Jersey RN license and have Long Term Care experience. Comfortable using basic computer tools and communicating effectively with the health care team and

Responsibilities

• Maintains nursing guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
• Schedules and assigns nurses and staff to meet resident needs.

• Provides information to residents and health care team.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment.
• Monitors confidential information processing to protect resident trust.
• Maintains documentation of resident care services and supplies inventory.
• Fosters cooperative relationships among health care teams.

DUTIES:

• Maintains nursing guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures
• Completes Resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nurses and staff
• Establishes a compassionate environment by providing support to Residents and families
• Provides information to Residents and health care team
• Maintains safe and clean working environment
• Maintains Resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing
• Maintains documentation of Resident care servicesMaintains nursing supplies inventory
• Maintains a cooperative relationship among health care teams
