Job summary

Health Marketing is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Registered Nurse to join our long-term care team on a part-time basis. You will provide prescribed medical treatments and personal care, and you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care using the nursing process.

You will coordinate admissions, communicate with families and physicians, and develop individualized care plans to promote safety and quality outcomes. BLS certified RNs licensed in Nebraska are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Nebraska RN.
• Graduation from an accredited RN program.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide prescribed medical treatments and personal care services to residents.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care using the nursing process.
• Perform comprehensive admission assessments and coordinate ongoing care.
• Collect, analyze, and document resident data across physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and educational domains.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Develop individualized care plans with input from residents and families, promoting safety and quality outcomes.
• Educate residents, families, and staff based on assessed needs.
• Supervise healthcare team members in compliance with regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and discharge planning.
• Provide information on services to support informed decisions.
