Job summary

Hendricks Community Hospital Association is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Long Term Care. The RN will provide high-quality resident care, assess and plan care, and coordinate with medical staff to follow physician orders.

Starting wage is $36.00 per hour with experience-based adjustments, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Night shift runs from 10pm to 6:30am; weekend and holiday rotations are required, with differential opportunities and student loan reimbursement available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota.
• Strong leadership, initiative, and independent judgment skills required.
• Computer experience and proficiency required to maintain EMR.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement resident needs to ensure quality resident care.
• Provide input and updates on resident care plans and ensure care plan is followed.
• Obtain, administer and monitor effectiveness of medications in accordance with facility policies.
• Communicate with medical staff to ensure prompt, quality care and carry out physician orders.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adapt to changing situations; support emergency needs.

Hendricks Community Hospital is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate and dedicated team in Long Term Care!

Our nurses are responsible for providing the highest quality care for our residents. Hendricks Community Hospital is an independent healthcare facility located in Hendricks, MN.

Starting wage: $36.00 an hour dependent on experience

$5,000 Sign on bonus

Night shift: 10pm to 6:30am

Weekend Rotation And Holiday Rotation Required

Weekend and shift differentials offered.

Student Loan reimbursement of $200 a month available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota.
• Previous experience in geriatric nursing preferred.
• Responsible for assessing, planning and implementing resident needs ensuring quality resident care.
