Genesis in Hamburg, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, resident‑centered care in a supportive team environment. You will perform nursing assessments and coordinate plans of care for patients with diverse diagnoses.

This on‑site role involves administering medications, implementing physician orders, and guiding care with families and the nursing team to minimize hospital readmissions.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and develop care plans with the team.
• Set realistic short- and long-term patient goals and monitor outcomes.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate and supervise patient care tasks to licensed staff.
• Share patient information with staff and between shifts.
