Nurse Responsibilities

• Perform skilled nursing 12hr shifts for wound care, IV administration, medication management, patient assessments
• Visits and hourly shifts available.
• Carry out shift-based care for patients needing extended clinical support
• Monitor and document patient condition and progress Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to update care plans
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA
• Uphold infection control standards and agency protocols.
• Pay rates vary and are based on the patient care plans and always confirmed at the time of scheduling.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• MUST HAVE VALID RN OR LPN FLORIDA NURSING LICENSE OR COMPACT LICENSE.
• MUST HAVE VALID BASIC LIFE SUPPORT CARD.
• Must Have Florida Required Ceus.
• MUST HAVE PHYSICAL HEALTH FORM WITHIN THE LAST 6 MONTHS
• MUST HAVE A COPY OF A NEG TB SKIN TEST RESULTS, CHEST X-RAY or QUANTIFERON-TB GOLD BLOOD TEST RESULTS (QFT-PLUS) .
• MUST HAVE LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CLEARANCE TO VERIFY IN AHCA.
• MUST SPEAK ENGLISH CLEARLY.
• MUST HAVE GOOD DRIVING RECORD.
• MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND PROOF OF CAR INSURANCE.
