Allure of Peru is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in Peru, Illinois. You will deliver high-quality clinical care to residents while promoting a safe, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include administering medications, assessing residents, mentoring CNAs, and maintaining accurate documentation while communicating with the care team. We offer NEW increased wages, shift differentials, comprehensive benefits, and daily pay

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN or LPN license (in good standing).
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and resident-first mindset.
