You chose nursing because you wanted to make a difference during moments that matter most.
You understand that great nursing is about more than medications, treatments, assessments, and charting. It's about helping people feel safe when they're vulnerable, offering reassurance during difficult moments, supporting families through important decisions, and helping individuals maintain their dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
At Wellspring Lutheran Services, those opportunities happen every day.
Whether you're caring for residents in one of our four skilled nursing and rehabilitation communities or providing comfort and support through our Hospice program, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while making a lasting impact on the lives of those you serve.
At Wellspring, we believe every person has a unique story, life experience, and set of goals that deserve to be honored. We are looking for compassionate Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses who are passionate about combining clinical excellence with person-centered care.
As a member of the Wellspring nursing team, you'll provide skilled, compassionate care while serving as an advocate, educator, and trusted partner for residents, patients, families, and fellow caregivers. Most importantly, you'll help ensure every individual receives the dignity, comfort, respect, and quality care they deserve.
You'll provide nursing care that supports each individual's physical, emotional, psychosocial, and spiritual well-being.
You'll build meaningful relationships with residents, patients, and families while taking time to understand their unique needs, preferences, and goals.
You'll collaborate with physicians, nursing assistants, therapists, social workers, chaplains, and other interdisciplinary team members to provide coordinated, high-quality care.
You'll assess and monitor changes in condition, communicate concerns, implement physician orders, and advocate for interventions that support positive outcomes and quality of life.
You'll help guide, support, and collaborate with team members while fostering a culture of compassion, professionalism, teamwork, and resident-centered care.
You'll contribute to admissions, discharges, care planning, transitions of care, and ongoing assessments while helping maintain a safe, welcoming environment for residents, patients, and families.
Some days you'll celebrate a resident's progress after rehabilitation. Other days you'll provide comfort to someone facing serious illness, reassure a worried family member, coordinate care with physicians, or identify a subtle change in condition that helps prevent a larger health issue.
Every day, your knowledge, compassion, and presence will make a meaningful difference.
For many residents and patients, nurses become some of the most trusted people in their daily lives.
Your clinical skills help keep people safe and healthy. Your compassion helps them feel valued and supported. Your advocacy helps ensure their voices are heard. Your presence helps families feel confident that their loved one is receiving exceptional care.
At Wellspring, quality care isn't defined solely by treatments provided or tasks completed. It's measured by comfort maintained, dignity preserved, relationships built, and lives improved.
As an RN or LPN, you'll play an important role in making all of that possible.
At Wellspring, we believe every individual deserves care that honors their life story, respects their individuality, and supports their highest possible quality of life.
Our nurses are at the heart of that mission. Through clinical excellence, compassion, and meaningful relationships, they help residents, patients, and families feel supported during some of life's most important moments.
This is more than a nursing job.
It's an opportunity to care deeply, advocate fiercely, build meaningful connections, and make a lasting difference across the communities we serve.
