Wilson Medical Center in Wilson, NC is hiring a registered nurse for our 22-bed Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Telemetry. You’ll provide direct patient care, monitor cardiac patients, and work with a dedicated team on a 3x12 schedule with rotating weekends and holidays.
Candidates must hold an active RN license and a degree from an accredited nursing program; one year of experience is preferred. The role offers comprehensive benefits and a $20,000 commitment incentive.

More about our teamJoin our 22-bed Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Telemetry with a nurse to patient ratio of 1:5/6. We are staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Monitor Techs providing care for patients for a mix of patients including Med/Surge. Our unit has 24/7 CNA coverage who work closely with the RNs as well as 24/7 cardiac monitoring. This role offers the opportunity to work in a face-paced environment with rapid patient turnover while delivering high-quality patient care in a strong team environment.
