Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a qualified RN to lead Labor & Delivery learning and development initiatives in Bakersfield, CA. This contract, in-office role focuses on building and delivering on-the-job training, coaching staff, and measuring improvement against KPIs.

You will design curricula, onboard new-hire learners, and collaborate with leadership to close skill gaps, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care.
