The Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate on‑the‑job nursing training and development programs.
• Track training impact using KPIs and maintain pipelines for progress visibility.
• Ensure all training activities comply with regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement L&D curricula aligned with performance metrics.
• Assess learner needs and map them to targeted development plans.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to nurses for clinical and professional growth.
• Create instructional materials, job aids, and eLearning resources.
• Facilitate onboarding programs to accelerate new‑hire throughput.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and succession paths.
• Manage the contract training calendar and ensure timely delivery of sessions.
• Lead high‑visibility learning projects within a results‑driven environment.

Experience / Qualifications
