Job summary

Ardent Health Services in Montclair, NJ, seeks a day shift, full-time Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate obstetric care in the antepartum and postpartum phases. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, teamwork, and adherence to the nursing process.

Required is an NJ RN license, an Associate’s degree in nursing, and BLS; NRP/ACLS within 6 months. Preferred: BSN with 1 year of hospital RN experience in L&D settings.

Qualifications

• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• NRP and ACLS to be completed within 6 months of employment.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
