West Oaks Senior Care & Rehab in Detroit, MI is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join its award-winning team. You will supervise the nursing staff, conduct rounds, and guide the care process with a focus on compassionate, high-quality care across orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, and other areas.

Qualifications

• Current RN license (Michigan) and CPR/BLS certification.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree or higher in nursing.

You will earn: Up to $40.55 - $44.40 per hour starting wages!

• Base wages: $35.15 - 39.00 hourly ( Pay based on years of certification)

How you will help people every day:

• You will supervise the nursing team including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.
• You will conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
• You will instruct the team regarding the skilled care process and function as a resource person for clinical issues
• You will ensure the completion of requested reports, i.e., infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management, etc.

What you will need to be part of ourEPICteam:

• A current license to practice as an Registered Nurse - RN or Michigan; current CPR/BLS certification.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
• A high level of analytical abilities in order to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well-being.
