Ridgewood Rehabilitation and Living Center is hosting a RN Job Fair on October 26th in Washington, NC. RNs are invited for on-site interviews with our leadership team for full-time or part-time opportunities.

A sign-on bonus program offers up to $16,000 for eligible positions, with an additional $1,000 holiday bonus if hired during the event. We provide competitive pay, shift differentials, benefits, PTO, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina RN License
• Long-Term Care experience preferred
• Strong clinical, communication & organizational skills
• Compassionate, dependable & team-oriented

Responsabilités

• Provide RN care in a long-term care setting.
• Collaborate with leadership to coordinate staffing and patient care.
• Participate in on-site interviews and meet the team during the job fair.
