A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (Per Diem) to join a collaborative team at a community hospital. The role involves administering medications, managing patient care, and supporting physicians. Ideal candidates will have strong IV skills and prior RN experience in outpatient settings or surgical services.
The RN hired for this per diem position will be part of a small, collaborative team supporting a community hospital by building relationships with new and returning patients.
Duties include:
The ideal candidate has strong IV administration skills and is comfortable caring for central lines and ports. RN experience in outpatient settings, the ED, oncology, or surgical services is a plus.
This position follows a Monday-Friday schedule from 7:30 am to 5 pm, requiring a commitment to 8-hour shifts during these hours.
The Registered Nurse uses professional nursing processes to assess patient and family needs and performs various patient care services to assist physicians and advanced practice practitioners in delivering excellent care.
