Job summary

Gundersen Health System in La Crosse, WI, is seeking a full-time 0.9 FTE Registered Nurse in Internal Medicine to care for adult patients through telephone triage, anticoagulation management and nurse-only visits. You will join a collaborative team focused on helping patients manage acute and chronic conditions with empathy and quality care.

The role offers a 36-hour weekly schedule (0.9 FTE, 72 hours every two weeks), Monday–Friday, no weekends or holidays, with 8-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing.
• RN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin upon hire.
• RN licensure for Iowa and Minnesota within 3 months of hire.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• 0.9 FTE = 72 hours every two weeks.
• Work Monday-Friday; No weekends or holidays.
• 8-hour shifts: 8:00am – 4:30pm and 8:30am-5:00pm (rotating days off).
• Nurses provide telephone triage, patient education, assist with anticoagulation management and more.
