Aurora West Allis Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse Level 1 for its Internal Float Pool in Med/Surg areas. You will work across multiple units, gaining exposure to diverse care settings while delivering compassionate, high-quality nursing services.

The role emphasizes flexibility, teamwork, and ongoing learning, with opportunities to cross-train in ICU, ER, or Women’s Health within a single facility.

Competenze

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers (AHA).
• Experience: Minimum 1-year acute care RN experience (2 years strongly preferred).
• Commitment to ongoing learning, adaptability, and teamwork across multiple care environments.

Mansioni

• Provide nursing care across Med/Surg units within the Internal Float Pool.
• Participate in cross-training across ICU, ER, Women's Health as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Support unit staffing and patient safety through flexible coverage.

Our Internal Med/Surg Float RNs bring versatility, clinical strength, and teamwork to every shift, ensuring high‑quality, compassionate care across multiple critical care areas within a single facility.

We’re Looking For:
