Job summary

MedStar Health Franklin Square Medical Center in Rosedale, MD is seeking experienced ICU RNs for full-time, part-time, and per diem roles in a 42-bed unit with neurological critical care beds.

You will provide skilled, compassionate care across a wide patient population, with generous PTO, tuition assistance, relocation help, and a systemwide referral bonus program. Qualifications include ADN/BSN/MSN/CNL and MD RN license; BLS; prior clinical nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• ADN/BSN/MSN/CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Prior Clinical Nursing Experience preferred.
• Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and BLS required (AHA or Red Cross).

About The Job

MedStar Health Franklin Square Medical Center is seeking experienced RNs to fill full-time, part-time and per diem roles in the ICU.

Unit Highlights

42 Bed Unit including 15 Neurological Critical Care Beds

Caring for a wide patient population set including but not limited to medical, respiratory, cardiac, renal failure, GI and surgical patients

Excellent leadership with flexible scheduling

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans. Interventions may be delivered directly or coordinated through collaboration with other members of the nursing team

This position has a hiring range of USD $38.14 - USD $60.34 /Yr.
