The Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association is seeking an experienced RN to provide professional nursing care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting in Avondale, AZ. You will coordinate care planning with a multidisciplinary team to support client recovery and safety.
Responsibilities include bedside assessment, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering orders, and evaluating outcomes.
Role: Provides professional nursing care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, coordinating care planning with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities: Performs individualized, age-specific bedside care based on the nursing process, assesses patient needs, develops and individualizes care plans, implements medical and nursing orders, and evaluates practice effectiveness. Participates in hourly rounding, observes safety protocols, and may serve as shift supervisor.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires a nursing degree from an accredited school, valid RN license in the state, CPR, and applicable certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, or specialized area certifications. Must demonstrate effective interpersonal skills, teamwork, ability to work under pressure, and basic computer proficiency.
Preferred Experience: BSN degree and at least one year of acute care experience or new graduate with relevant certification. Additional certifications in specialty areas like bariatrics or wound care are advantageous.
