Registered Nurse (RN) - Inpatient Rehab Part-time

Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Inpatient Rehab unit in Laughlintown, PA. This is a part-time position with variable 12-hour shifts and two weekends per month.

Department/Unit Summary

Crichton Center is a 27-bed physical rehabilitation unit providing acute care services. We manage patients' medical conditions while offering therapy and education to help them return to their prior level of function and home. The most common diagnosis is stroke, but we treat a range of conditions. The average length of stay is 14 days. We are expanding to 37 beds and offer flexible, self-scheduling 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current state RN license
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited school
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
• CPR certification renewed every 2 years
• Preferred: 1-3 years in medical/surgical or rehab settings, IV proficiency
