Registered Nurse (RN) - Inpatient Rehab Part-time

Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center is seeking a Part-time Registered Nurse (RN) for the Inpatient Rehab unit in Brush Valley, PA. This position involves 12-hour shifts with flexible self-scheduling, including two weekends per month.

Department/Unit Summary

Crichton Center is a 27-bed physical rehabilitation unit providing acute care services. We manage patients' medical conditions while offering therapy and education to help them return to their prior level of function and home. The most common diagnosis is stroke, with an average length of stay of 14 days. We are expanding to 37 beds to accommodate our growing patient needs.

Qualifications and requirements

• Current state RN license
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
• CPR certification renewal every 2 years
• Preferred: 1-3 years experience in medical/surgical or rehab settings
• Preferred: IV proficiency
