Job summary

Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is needed to provide direct care to critically ill adult patients, develop and evaluate care plans, monitor and communicate patient conditions, and collaborate across disciplines. You may precept students and new hires where needed.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• 1 year acute care experience preferred.
• CCU experience preferred.
• Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, MOAB preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and assess direct patient care for critically ill adults in the ICU.
• Coordinate transfers, discharges, and referrals; communicate patient status.
• Support psychosocial needs and ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Active RN license, at least 1 year of acute care experience (preferred), prior CCU experience (preferred), certifications such as BLS, ACLS, MOAB (preferred).

Key Duties:

Plan, implement, and assess patient care; coordinate transfers, discharges, and referrals; support psychosocial needs; ensure effective communication; prioritize patient safety and quality outcomes.

Work Environment:
