• Promotes patient- and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participates in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while engaging in professional development.
• Develops and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values, cultural, and spiritual considerations.
• Works in a safety-sensitive role, maintaining alertness and safe practices at all times.

Qualifications & Skills: Nursing diploma/associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. RN license necessary; no prior experience required, but less than 2 years of experience is preferred. Ability to work night shifts and engage in professional growth is essential.
