FutureCare in Maryland is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to support residents with high-quality care. You will participate in assessment, planning, and evaluation to ensure adherence to care plans and regulatory standards.

This role emphasizes patient-centered care in a supportive facility environment. Ideal candidates will hold an active Maryland RN license, CPR certification, and have 1 year of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Registered Nurse license issued in Maryland.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• 1 year nursing experience preferred, previous long-term or acute care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering resident care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Review resident records to ensure nursing practice complies with state and federal guidelines.
• Review referrals for treatment or problem resolution.
• Monitor resident responses to daily nursing care and adjust plans accordingly.
• Execute physician orders and nursing interventions as needed.
• Seek professional growth and expand responsibilities to maintain competency.
• Set and implement goals aligned with FutureCare's philosophy.
