Texas Health Resources Denton seeks an experienced Registered Nurse II for Cath Lab / EP / IR responsibilities, providing high‑quality patient care in a fast‑paced environment. The RN II will work at Texas Health Denton, 3000 N I-35, Denton, TX 76201, full‑time, 40 hours per week across four 10‑hour shifts, with strong nursing leadership support and a collaborative team culture.

Certified staff with CLIA compliance and Cath Lab/EP/IR experience preferred; expect ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• RN diploma or associate degree required; BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing.
• ACLS within 90 days of hire; BCLS required on hire.
• Two years Cath Lab/EP/IR experience strongly preferred; ICU/ED experience acceptable if no Cath Lab exposure.

Responsibilities

• Responds to patients’ safety, physical, psychological, and social needs.
• Fosters mutual problem solving and shared decision making with patients and families.
• Collaborates as part of a team to deliver comprehensive patient care in Cath Lab/EP/IR settings.

Work location: Texas Health Denton, 3000 N I-35, Denton, TX 76201. Full time, 40 hours; 4 10‑hour shifts per week.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse diploma or associate degree required; BSN preferred.
• Compliance with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency.
• Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire.
• One year of clinical nursing experience or completion of an RN residency program.
• BCLS required upon hire; expiration date greater than 3 months preferred.
• ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• Two years of Cath Lab/EP/IR experience strongly preferred and/or two years of ICU/ED experience preferred if no Cath Lab/EP/IR experience.
• CVRN, CCRN, or CEN certifications preferred.
• BSN strongly preferred.
