Registered Nurse (RN), ICU, Sign on Bonus - Nights

Join to apply for the Registered Nurse (RN), ICU, Sign on Bonus - Nights role at Nashville General Hospital.

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU), committed to providing quality care to patients and families.

We offer up to a $30,000 sign-on bonus! (must have at least 2 years of recent full-time ICU experience)

This is a 13-bed unit with a 2:1 patient ratio.

Responsibilities include:

• Administer medications, change dressings, clean wounds, and monitor vital signs.
• Manage respiratory and ventilator support for patients.
• Coordinate patient care across disciplines.
• Document patient conditions using computerized systems.
• Assist in discharge planning with healthcare team members.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Current RN licensure in Tennessee or a compact state.
