Position Overview

ICU RNs are responsible for delivering patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. They coordinate all nursing care based on established clinical practices and collaborate with other professionals to ensure effective and efficient care and positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• Licenses/Certifications: Current Illinois Nursing License, BLS certification, CPI training within 1 month of hire, ACLS preferred
• Experience: Previous experience preferred; new graduates welcome
