About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated ICU (Critical Care) Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care to critically ill patients at Southside Medical Center. This full-time position involves 12-hour night shifts and may be eligible for a sign-on bonus, subject to restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient status using strong organizational and leadership skills
• Prioritize patient problems and needs
• Implement clinical interventions for acute, critical patients requiring intensive care
• Develop and execute patient care plans to improve outcomes
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• 1 year of RN experience (required); 6 months in Med/Surg, Critical Care, Stepdown, or Emergency Department preferred
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred, not required)
• ACLS certification (required within 6 months of hire)

Additional Requirements

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (preferred, not required)
