Job summary

Rock Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the ICU to provide direct clinical patient care in Memphis, Tennessee. You will assess patients, develop care plans, and perform essential interventions in a fast-paced critical care environment.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license with BLS and ACLS, CPI, PALS, and possibly NRP prerequisites. Preference for a BSN or MSN and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current state licensure.
• Certifications include BLS, ACLS (within 3 months), CPI (within 3 months), PALS (within 3 months), and NRP (within 3 months for certain roles).
• Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient assessments, develop care plans, execute medical interventions, ensure documentation accuracy.
• Coordinate patient care through a multidisciplinary approach.
• Supervise staff and support high-quality, safe nursing practices.
