Job summary

The Beverly Hospital ICU, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the 36 Hour Night shift to join its inpatient team.

You will perform assessments, administer medications, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with physicians to plan care. BLS and ACLS are required; ICU experience is preferred; MA RN license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required.
• ICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patient’s progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient.
• Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes.

Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
