The Beth Israel Lahey Health Beverly ICU is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our 36-hour night shift team. You’ll provide direct patient care in a high-acuity unit, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support family education to improve outcomes.

We value BSN-preferred candidates with MA RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and ICU experience. This position is covered by an existing collective bargaining agreement and requires influenza vaccination.

Essential Role Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Beverly ICU is a Beacon Awarded Critical Care unit with cardiac and medical /surgical population. Unit based Educator, individual orientation, Intensivist/physician assistant on site 24/7. As a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Inpatient Team, you will be responsible for the following:

• Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patient’s progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient
• Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
• ICU experience preferred

Pay Range

$37.00 - $84.71

This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
