Saline Memorial Hospital in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the ICU on the Night shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM). The role emphasizes patient assessment, timely interventions, and collaborative care in a critical care setting.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license and a BSN, with ACLS and PALS preferred. ICU experience of 1 year is desirable, and strong documentation and teamwork are essential to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
• ACLS and PALS certifications preferred
• One year of ICU experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Perform patient assessments and identify needs
• Initiate appropriate nursing interventions
• Provide care tailored to patient condition and age
• Document care and medical necessity timely
• Contribute to interdisciplinary care plans
• Monitor and communicate patient status to care team and family
• Administer medications and perform clinical treatments
• Assist with activities of daily living and comfort measures

Join our team in a Critical Care Unit where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of Registered Nurses (RNs). You will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. A Registered Nurse (RN)

• Accurately performs patient assessments andidentifiespatient needs
• Identifiesand initiatesappropriate nursinginterventions
• Provides careappropriate tocondition and age of the patient
• Performstimelyandappropriate documentationrelating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
• PerformstimelyandaccurateQI assessments
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care activities.
• Assistspatients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs
• Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.

What we're looking for

Applicants should have a current state RN license andpossessa bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additionalrequirements include:

• Basic Life SupportCertificationACLS and PALSpreferred
• One year of ICU experience preferred
• ASLS certification preferred
