White Glove Placement New York seeks an experienced RN to serve as House Supervisor on a travel assignment. You will oversee hospital-wide operations, staffing, patient flow and real-time clinical needs during the 8-week night shift, ensuring safe care across multiple units.

The role requires strong leadership, Epic proficiency, and crisis-management skills. Eligible candidates must have NY RN licensure, travels, and appropriate certifications; first-time travelers are not accepted.

Qualifications

• Active NY RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience with charge nurse and travel experience.
• Epic experience is a hard requirement.
• BLS, NIHSS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong hospital-wide staffing and scheduling experience.
• Ability to supervise care across multiple units.
• Experience with crisis intervention and de-escalation.
• Experience managing rapid response and emergency preparedness.
• Knowledge of bed placement and patient throughput.
• Experience with admissions/transfers/post-surgical care.
• First-time travelers are not accepted and time-off rules apply.

Take on a leadership-focused travel assignment supporting hospital-wide operations, staffing, patient flow, and real-time clinical needs. This 8-week night shift opportunity is ideal for an experienced RN with strong charge and supervisory skills who can confidently manage complex situations across multiple patient populations.

Position Highlights

• Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

• Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

• Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend

Minimum Requirements

• Active NY RN License

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required

• Previous charge nurse experience required

• Previous travel nursing experience required

• Epic experience is a hard requirement

• Candidates with more than 10 days of requested time off cannot be submitted
