Concierge Home Care is seeking a Home Hospital Registered Nurse (RN) in Jacksonville, FL to deliver higher-acuity nursing care in patients’ homes. The role supports recovery, independence, and safe healing under a specialized division without Medicare OASIS documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.

Your Role as a Home Hospital Registered Nurse

As a Home Hospital RN, you will provide higher-acuity skilled nursing care directly in patients’ homes while supporting recovery, independence, and safe healing.

This specialized division does not require Medicare OASIS documentation, allowing you to focus more on patient care and clinical treatment.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
• Provide advanced skilled nursing treatments and patient education

• TPN administration
• Chest tube management
