Bella Terra Home Health and Hospice in the Coachella Valley is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice team on a part-time schedule, Saturdays and Sundays 10am–8:30pm. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver patient-centered home health hospice care with an emphasis on quality, compassion, and family support.
The role requires an active California RN license, at least one year of direct patient care (preferably hospice), CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with

Pay: $56-64/hour

Bella Terra is seeking a Registered Nurse who is dedicated to delivering exceptional hospice care. In this role, you will plan, organize, direct, and coordinate home care services while utilizing your nursing expertise and community health experience to support patients and families. The RN builds upon available community resources to develop and direct services that meet the unique needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.
