BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team in Colorado. The role involves delivering skilled nursing and rehabilitative care in clients’ homes, requiring travel across the coverage area.

Qualifications

• Colorado RN license in good standing.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least 1 year of relevant hands-on medical experience in adult/geriatric populations.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments and identify condition changes.
• Triage and independently manage urgent clinical situations in the home.
• Conduct medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring.
• Perform wound assessment, care, and documentation.
• Maintain flexible, dynamic visit schedules and prioritize care.

Registered Nurse - Home Health

* $10,000 Incentive with a Full Time Commitment *

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team.

Prior Medicare Certified Home Health experience strongly preferred. This role requires flexibility and the ability to travel throughout the office's entire coverage area.

You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home. How You'll Make an Impact:

• Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills with the ability to identify subtle changes in patient condition
• Utilize your experience with acute and post-acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring
• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation

Qualifications for a Registered BAYADA Nurse:

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Colorado
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).

Compensation & Schedule:

• Competitive pay ranges with a weekly pay schedule

• Base Pay: $58-63 per point, depending on qualifications and subject to negotiation
