Job Title: RN Visit Nurse | Take Your Nursing Beyond the Bedside | $4,000 Sign-On Bonus
Schedule: Full-Time | On-Call & Weekend Rotation
Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 per year + $4,000 Sign-On Bonus
No call light going off in the next room.
No waiting for someone else to tell you what needs to happen next.
You walk through the patient's front door, assess what's happening, determine what they need, provide the care, educate the family, and communicate your findings back to the rest of the clinical team.
At Home Health Care, Inc. , we're looking for an experienced RN Visit Nurse who enjoys the independence of working in the field while still having an established clinical team behind them.
For the right nurse, it's one of the most rewarding ways to practice.
In a hospital or facility, your attention can be divided between multiple patients, competing priorities, interruptions, and everything happening around you.
Home health changes the environment.
When you arrive for a visit, that patient is your focus.
You have the opportunity to assess more than what's written in the chart.
Is the patient actually taking their medications correctly?
Can they safely manage their wound care?
Does the family understand the treatment plan?
Has something changed since the last visit?
Is there a subtle clinical issue that needs to be addressed before it becomes an emergency?
That's why experienced nurses can thrive here.
As an RN Visit Nurse, you'll travel throughout your assigned area providing skilled nursing care directly in patients' homes.
Your visits may include:
Every home is different.
Every patient is different.
And every visit requires you to bring your clinical judgment with you.
Maybe you've spent years in a hospital and are ready for something different.
Maybe you're tired of spending an entire shift running from one immediate need to another.
Maybe you enjoy patient education but rarely have enough time to actually do it.
Maybe you simply know you're capable of working more independently.
Home health gives you the opportunity to take everything you've learned as a nurse and use it in a completely different environment.
But now you're also seeing how your patients actually live.
That perspective matters.
We've been caring for Minnesota patients since 1994 .
We're not a new agency trying to figure out home health.
We're an established, Medicare-certified, locally owned organization with decades of experience supporting nurses and caring for patients throughout Minnesota.
Our RN Visit Nurses receive:
The strongest Visit Nurses aren't simply clinically capable.
They're comfortable walking into an unfamiliar situation and figuring out what needs to happen.
They're observant.
They're organized.
They communicate.
They educate.
They know when something doesn't look right.
And they're confident enough to work independently while knowing when to involve the rest of the team.
Previous home health experience is certainly valuable, but nurses from other clinical environments who have the right combination of independence, assessment skills, and patient-care experience are encouraged to connect with us.
Your office changes throughout the day.
Your patients get your attention one at a time.
Your clinical judgment matters.
And the care you provide helps people stay in the place most of them would rather be:
Home.
If you're ready to take your nursing skills beyond the traditional bedside, we'd like to hear from you.
