Visiting Nurse Association of Florida is seeking an RN to provide in-home skilled nursing in Stuart and surrounding areas. The role involves delivering compassionate, high-quality home health care, conducting OASIS assessments, and coordinating with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates hold a Florida RN license with at least one year of nursing experience and preferably home health or OASIS familiarity.

Qualificações

• Active Florida RN license required.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience.
• Home health experience preferred, OASIS experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking, ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Perform skilled nursing visits in patient homes.
• Complete OASIS assessments and documentation.
• Develop and manage individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and safety.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition.
