Job summary

VNA of Florida in Stuart, FL seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health visits. This PRN position offers flexible scheduling and local patient assignments, allowing you to deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes.

You will perform OASIS assessments, develop care plans, educate families, and coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to monitor progress and adjust care as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience.
• Home health experience preferred.
• OASIS experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently.
