Qualifications

• Current and unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• 1-2 years recent acute care experience; home health experience preferred
• Supervisory experience of Licensed Vocational Nurses and Nurse Aides/Assistants is a plus
• Valid CPR certification with in-person practical skills evaluation
• Knowledge of OASIS documentation preferred
• Excellent communication, observation, problem-solving, and basic math skills
• Reliable transportation
