Maxicare Select, a Legacy Care Partners, Inc company, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team in Palm Beach County, Florida. We provide Nursing, Therapy, and Aide services to Worker's Compensation Insurance and Private Duty patients. Established in 2004, Maxicare Select is licensed in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, and Okeechobee counties. We pride ourselves on serving the South Florida area with quality home health care services.

This role offers an opportunity to make a difference in patients' lives through home visits. As an RN in our Home Health department, you will assess, plan, and coordinate patient care in their homes. Flexibility to drive throughout Broward, Dade, and Palm Beach counties is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patients' health status to determine their needs and develop care plans (NO OASIS ASSESSMENTS!)
• Provide skilled nursing care including wound care, IV infusions, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring
• Educate patients and families on self-care, disease management, and medication regimens
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care
• Document patient care and progress accurately and timely
• Communicate with healthcare providers, families, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care
• Adhere to all regulations, standards, and company policies
• Maintain patient confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in Florida
• At least 1 year of home health or related experience
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
