Comfort Home Care is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) in Fall River and surrounding areas for an afternoon weekday schedule. The role offers competitive base pay with an uncapped incentive plan and flexibility to balance work with personal life.

As part of our psychiatric and home health nursing team, you will assess patient needs, develop and adjust care plans, educate families, and coordinate with providers to ensure safe, independent care at home.

Qualificações

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
• One year of nursing experience (home health or psych preferred).
• Drive to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Reliable transportation for patient visits.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and adapt patient conditions and needs on each visit.
• Create and modify individualized care plans as conditions change.
• Teach and support patients with medications and wound care.
• Communicate with providers, families, and care teams to coordinate care.
• Document visits and submit notes from home for compliance and continuity.
