Responsibilities

As a PRN Hospice RN, your key responsibilities include:

• Conducting initial and ongoing assessments of patients and families to determine hospice needs, including medical history and physical assessments focusing on pain and symptom management.
• Developing and initiating care plans collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team, patients, families, and physicians.

Required Skills

Must-have qualifications include:

• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• Active, unrestricted RN license in South Carolina or a multi-state license
• At least 12 months of RN experience within the last five years
