UPMC Home Health is seeking a Sr. Wound Care Specialist (RN) for the Pittsburgh area on a part-time basis.

This role offers one-on-one care in patients' homes, with the support of a full interdisciplinary team and comprehensive benefits. Assignments are based on patient need and proximity to your home, providing a meaningful balance between patient connection and a sustainable nursing pace.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• Experience in home health or wound care preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes within assigned Pittsburgh-area communities.
• Develop and manage plans of care in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary partners.
• Provide patient and family education that promotes independence and recovery.
• Complete required documentation (OASIS, visit notes, orders) electronically using a provided laptop.
• Maintain regulatory standards and contribute to high-quality patient outcomes.
