Job summary

UPMC Home Health in Pittsburgh is hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to support West Mifflin, Homestead, Duquesne, and surrounding areas. You will provide one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes, develop plans of care with physicians and interdisciplinary partners, and educate patients and families to promote independence.
