jw - 1785755 Home Health RN needed for Marion, OH. 8-hour days, starting 5/19. Must have at least 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years.

Core hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. There is an every 4th weekend requirement (if needed). On-call up to 4 evenings or nights per month, during the week or on their assigned weekend (if needed). HCHB is the EMR (experience with HCHB preferred but not required). Must be able to complete OASIS admissions and case manage as needed.
