Responsibilities
Home Health with Less Travel!
Our Registered Nurses (RNs) supervise, evaluate, and provide nursing services to clients in various senior living communities, including assisted living and independent living facilities.
Our facility-based RNs enjoy:
Enhabit RNs work collaboratively with facility wellness staff daily to ensure strong communication and continuity of care for residents and their loved ones. They consult with physicians and the office as needed, report patient care details, and act as the primary contact for all disciplines involved in patient care. Key responsibilities include performing accurate OASIS collection, maintaining current medication profiles, timely reporting lab values to physicians, and participating in weekly case conferences and monthly case manager meetings.
