Job summary

Elara Caring is hiring a Registered Nurse Home Health for a full-time role. A $7500 sign-on bonus is offered and new ambient listening technology helps save time on documentation so nurses can focus on patients.

As a Registered Nurse Home Health, you will assess patients, conduct ongoing assessments, protect privacy under HIPAA, and provide care per the plan of care. Must have state RN license and at least 1 year in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate).
• 1+ year of clinical nursing experience.
• Home Health experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel between patient homes.

• Completing initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Protecting patient and staff privacy per HIPAA.
• Providing nursing care according to the plan of care and physician orders.

What is Required?

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
